Ms. Yessenia Martinez was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medicine by the “Dr. Serafin Ruiz Zarate Ruiz” Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Villa Clara on July 15, 2016. Ms. Martinez was awarded an Associate in Nursing in Med-Life Institute in Naples, Florida and graduated as Registered Nurse in the state of Florida in 2016. Ms. Martinez founded in 2010 “Oasis Case Management Services,” a mental health case manager agency, in Doral, Florida and is the Founder and President of “Florida Healthcare System.”

Michael Ruiz, M.S.N, APRN, FNP-C

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mr. Michael Ruiz was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Nursing by the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Villa Clara on July 23, 1999. Mr. Ruiz was awarded the degree of Master of Science in Nursing by the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Villa Clara on July 25, 2005. He graduated of Registered Nurse in the state of California in 2016 as well as in state of Florida. Mr. Ruiz founded in 2010 “Oasis Case Management Services,” a mental health case manager agency, in Doral, Florida and is Founder and Senior Vice President of “Florida Healthcare System.”
